I am very happy with our cleaner and look forward to her arrival every Wednesday! She cares about what she’s doing and that’s all that really matters to me. Sometimes I ask her to different jobs like not the bathroom and to clean longer in the kitchen or a bit of ironing instead of any bedrooms. We have always been happy with Dustbusters' service and had to cancel only because my son had started at a new school with longer school hours, and our nanny needed to maintain the same number of work hours in order to stay with us. We have asked her to clean.

Ruth has been very professional - she is a hard worker, very reliable and very discreet (she frequently worked around us while we worked from home). Moreover, she is pleasant - we were always happy to see her. I will gladly provide a recommendation for her should she need one. Can I just take the opportunity to say I think my cleaner is great - it's always such a pleasure coming into our flat after Tatiana has been. She even put my toddler's shoes on for me this morning while I was trying to get a bag together to get out and then put away a few shopping items in the right cupboards.

Dustbusters has sent us a cleaner 2 days per week since the summer 2011 and both myself and my husband are really pleased that she joined us. She is very capable and carries out all tasks with professionalism and grace. Her ironing is outstanding and she really enjoys it. She is always bright, enthusiastic and professional and can be counted upon to use her initiative whilst carrying out her work. She does not need prompting and often turns her hand to cleaning the 'hard to see' areas or the inside of the cooker for example, without being asked.

She has been in our house on many occasions whilst we are not here and therefore trust and integrity is very important to us. My view is that she is very trustworthy and I have every confidence in her. She is a pleasure to have in our home and whilst I work from home on occasions, she is very thoughtful and considerate in how she carries out her work when I am busy or on the phone. Furthermore, she is reliable and her timekeeping is very good. She is also highly effective in using her time efficiently and gets a lot of work completed in the time she is with us. Above all, she takes pride in what she does and is very particular about ensuring that her client is satisfied, often going beyond what you would expect. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dustbusters.
