Dustbusters cleaning agency was established in 1990 to provide high quality, regular, reliable cleaning and ironing services to residential clients in West and South West London.

Our service for regular domestic cleaning and ironing costs £19.00 per hour. Of this amount, £15.00 per hour is payable direct to your self-employed cleaner and the remaining £4.00 per hour is the agency fee, payable quarterly in advance by standing order.

We offer a weekly (or more frequent) service for general cleaning duties and ironing tailored to your requirements.



Our minimum is two hours per visit. If you require a monthly clean we class this as a one-off. We always try to be flexible to meet your needs.

Any complaints should be made within 36 hours of completion of cleaning, to enable us to look into the situation before your next clean.

Dustbusters insurance covers the cleaner’s work inside your property.

Our cleaners use the products you prefer, supplied by you to suit the surfaces in your home.

We recruit the right people and support them with professional training; cleaners are interviewed and vetted to ensure their suitability to clean your house to the highest standard.

If you are not completely satisfied with your cleaner please give us a call and we will speak to the cleaner on your behalf or arrange a new cleaner for you.

You can specify the day you would prefer the cleaner to come and we will make every effort to arrange a suitable cleaner for the chosen day. We usually require 24-48 hours to assign a cleaner, depending on the day or days requested. However it can take longer if we need to recruit new cleaners to meet demand.

Cleaners usually work between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday; Saturdays can be worked if necessary by arrangement (minimum 3 hours).

After the first clean for a new client our cleaning supervisor checks the cleaner's work and that enough hours have been allowed for the work required.

To maintain high standards our cleaning supervisor undertakes spot-checks (with prior agreement from clients). With over 30 years’ experience we pride ourselves in offering high quality and professional cleaning services whilst maintaining a friendly and personal approach.
